Kato Dool Restaurant & Café offers a wide variety of menus from Nubian traditional cuisine to Oriental vegan and vegetarian menus in a relaxing open-air setting with Nile views. For an extra dimension of culinary experience, guests can enjoy late lunch or arrange special events at Kato Dool Felucca and unwind on the Nile shores.

For soul, mind and Body retreat, the resort arranges a variety of programs including Yoga and Meditation exercises.

Activities

To explore the beauty of mother nature in Aswan, Motorboats are available at the resort dock as well as excursions for various leisure activities including Felucca, Hiking, Sandboarding, Camel Riding and Hot Sand or Nile Mud Baths. Culture tours can be arranged to Abu Simbel, Philae Temple, Nubian Museum, Kalabsha Temple, High Dam. Nearby landmarks: Nubian Village is just a few steps from the resort (0.1 mi), Archangel Michael’s Coptic Orthodox Cathedral (2.3 mi) and Unfinished Obelisk (2.3 mi).

Above mentioned rates are valid to the period from 1st January - 30th April 2023, with a supplement of USD 40 per room per night applicable during the Easter period from 7th - 14th April 2023. Above rates are in US Dollars (USD). Above rates are valid for Foreigners. Above mentioned rates are per room per night on a bed and breakfast basis. Please note that rates are subject to change without earlier notification. You are kindly requested to confirm room availability and the best available rates with the Reservations Department. In the elaboration of our nutrition wellness concept, the hotel does not offer alcoholic beverages (Dry Hotel).

Check Out & Check In:

Check-in: 03:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to hotel availability and the following charges: USD 10 per hour for arrivals from 09:00 AM until 03:00 PM. One room night for arrivals prior to 09:00 AM. Checkout: 12:00 PM. Late Checkout is subject to hotel availability and the following charges: USD 10 per hour for departure from 12:00 PM until 06:00 PM. One room night for departure after 06:00 PM.

Children Policy:

Children less than 6 years old, Maximum 2 children can be accommodated sharing parents’ room free of charge on the same meal plan excluding extra bed. Extra bed charges at USD 10 per night. Children between 6 to 12 years old accommodation charges: USD 10 per with an extra-bed and 50% discount on half board and full board meal plan supplements. Two children below 12 years old in a separate room, is considered a single room. 12 Years old and above: Adults prices apply. Birthday certificates will be required upon check-in. Only one extra bed or baby cot is allowed in guest rooms.

Cancellation, Refund & No-Show Policy:

Cancellation 14 days prior to arrival will entail a 1-night charge. Cancellation 07 days prior to arrival will entail 50% cancellation fees on total stay. Cancellation 48 hours prior to arrival or no-show will entail 100% cancellation fees. Unused nights are fully charged. All refunds will be added to the future business amounts.
